To easy
I bought this product for my brother for his birthday, so i decided to wait before reviewing it. He LOVES this thing, lol. One of my co-workers told me about Sansa, I had never really heard of this brand before. When she told me that it was better than some of the other mp3's and ipods she used I had to check it out. My brother uses it quite frequently and we were able to add music so easily. Of course the little bonus feature is being able to add gig's to the device. A lot of smaller mp3's do not have this option, so this was perfect for him.

Cheap is not always better.
This is an absolute piece of junk. Refuses to transfer some mp3 from comp to device or just locks up and wont do anything. I tried this on 3 separate machines 2 PC's and a laptop. If you can actually get files on to play the volume will only work turned up about half way or else the unit cuts in and out ruining the song. The headphone female jack on the unit will not allow the headphone male end to be seated all the way in so the slightest jerk or movement the sound cuts out or the jack falls out. The lanyard that comes with this unit is short, cheap and plastic so it will rub u raw and break. Well that is if you can ever get the unit to work that long.

Great device!
I GB works great for me since I only use this for music. I was very surprised by the clear sound coming from such a small device. Can't beat the great price!

it'll do
excellent for the price.
plays music well, syncs to Windows Media Center 11 with no hassles. display is easy to read. battery life is fair. weighs absolutely nothing, fits well in a kid's pocket.
I take away a star because the interface is not too user friendly even compared to the similar c240 we have. my 8 year old has learned to deal with it though.

Goodl Quality
We bought two of these for two grand sons for Christmas. They both are having good results with using the MP3 players. We ordered on Dec 23 with next day service and shipment arrived on time. Thanks Amazon.
